Courses for the PSU certificate program are offered in the evenings and on weekends. The courses have been designed by educators and training and development professionals using the national ASTD's "Models of Excellence". The PSU program offers a choice of three certificates: Training; Management of Training; or, Multimedia and Web-Based Training. Each program begins with Principles of Training and Development class and ends with Contemporary Issues in Training and Development class. The remaining courses can be taken in any order.
