Training and Development Certificate
This certificate is designed to prepare participants for a
career as a trainer, training designer or consultant. Students
learn to plan, develop, analyze and evaluate training and development needs and processes; to create an effective
adult learning environment; and to design high-impact training
materials.
The certificate is awarded for successful completion of 21
quarter credits composed of six required courses:

Designing Creative Training
-
High-Impact Training Materials

Classroom Communication Techniques for Trainers
And three credits chosen from:
