Mentoring Programs
Panel
November 6, 2007
Note: Senior Training
Directors' Forums are targeted for training and development professionals
who have a minimum of 10 years of training and development (or equivalent) experience and are
responsible for developing training and development strategy. Director level
professionals are also responsible for decision making in their
organizations. These programs are designed to offer strategic insight
and time for round table interaction with peers.
Overview
The November Senior Forum on Mentoring Programs will give participants
exposure to many types of mentoring programs - structured and
unstructured programs for leadership mentoring and structured to
unstructured programs for peer mentoring. The programs range from being
very established to new programs and from small to large companies in
the private and public sector. Participants will be able to choose the
programs they want to hear about by rotating to the different speakers'
tables. In this very interactive program, the speakers will discuss
their programs answering your questions and will provide handouts that
you can take use to design or continuously improve your program.
