JOIN US FOR CONNECT-THE-DOTS!
This ia a new member series to learn and connect as a professional community.

LEARNING...CONNECTING...SOCIALIZING...FUN!
That's what we will do in two high-impact hours at Pyramid Brewery in NW Portland. AND you'll be able to meet many others in the T&D field, making new connections to fill the gaps.

FACILITATED TOPIC DISCUSSIONS WITH EXPERTS IN THE KNOW.
You'll be able to rotate among the 3 discussions, finding out just what you need in the topic areas of greatest interest to you.

He has over twenty-five years experience helping individuals, teams and organizations improve their performance and add value to their endeavors. He has designed and delivered programs in leadership development, organization transition, managing change and interpersonal competency. He has been particularly involved in coaching leaders at all levels, leadership succession planning and team based work environments. In addition, he has designed and led organization transition activities such as forming strategic alliances, downsizing, mergers and acquisitions.

During this table topic, we’ll explore the different dimensions of the interpersonal competencies outlined in the ASTD model and how they help us work toward success in our endeavors.
