Note:  Senior Training Director Initiative sessions are targeted for training and development professionals who have a minimum of 10 years of training and development (or equivalent) experience and are responsible for developing training and development strategy. Director level professionals are also responsible for decision making in their organizations. These programs are designed to offer strategic insight and time for round table interaction with peers.

David Drake, PhD

David helps individuals, teams and organizations create a new Story for themselves by infusing coaching skills into their work, engaging in conversations that make a difference, and leading change in an integrated manner. David has taught his coaching skills program to over 1,000 managers and professionals. He has also worked extensively with three organizations to support their move to a coaching-based culture and performance system. He is the co-director and lead trainer for the InterCultural Coaching Institute in Portland, OR. He is part of the research consortium for the International Coaching Federation and is presenting a paper at their international conference in Quebec in November.

Randi is an executive and team coach, and owner of Turning Point Alliance. She works with senior leaders who want a more effective leadership style, so they can develop strong teams and successfully implement change in fast paced, high stakes environments. She also works with leaders to develop strategies that accelerate an executive’s entry into a new organization, cutting months off of transition time. Randi has eighteen years of experience working in corporate America. Her last position was Director of Training and Development for Nike’s Global Footwear organization. Randi has a master’s degree in Counseling, is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International and has earned the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation.

Ed Ferrigan

Ed Ferrigan is a performance coach and consultant. For over 23 years, Ed has been involved in helping executives, managers and employees reach higher levels of success through building great relationships with each other. As a certified coach, and training and development specialist, I work with individuals and companies that are not getting the results they want in their business and personal relationships and are ready to go to the next level of their career or relationship potential. 

Doug Campbell

Doug Campbell is manager of Organization Development for the Power Delivery Business Unit of PacifiCorp. His activities in the area of Organizational Development span more than 20 years. As an organizational consultant, Doug has assisted clients at the individual, team/departmental and the larger organizational level. He has worked as a coach and consultant to individuals in the areas of performance management, career development and leadership skills. At the team or departmental level he consults about long-range vision and strategy, organizational design and change and transition management. In the larger organization he has worked on interdepartmental issues, organizational culture changes, and talent management. Doug is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Organizational Communication and earned an advanced certificate in ODHRM from Teachers College, Columbia University. He is a professional coach through The Coaches Training Institute. Doug is also a member of Organization Development Network.
