May 18, 2005
Note: Senior Training
Directors' Forums are targeted for training and development professionals
who have a minimum of 10 years of training and development (or equivalent) experience and are
responsible for developing training and development strategy. Director level
professionals are also responsible for decision making in their
organizations. These programs are designed to offer strategic insight
and time for round table interaction with peers.
Overview
Implementing an implementing an enterprise-wide software application is a huge undertaking. The whole organization must learn not only the software but usually how processes will change in an organization. Beyond that, software vendors update their programs frequently and update training is required.
Come learn from three veterans of large implementations. The format will be panel presentations with questions and answers with lots of networking and interaction among participants.
