Dr. Todd Conklin is an expert trainer and nationally recognized speaker, well-known for his creative and humorous approach to sensitive and difficult topics. He has a wealth of diverse training experience himself, serving in the Human Resource and Reliability Management and Training arena for the last 15 years. Conklin is a Deputy Group Leader with Nuclear Material Information Management with an emphasis in Organizational Development and Human Reliability at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Conklin has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from Southwestern College in Kansas and his master’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Fort Hays State University. Conklin received his PH.D in Organizational Communication at the University of New Mexico.
