Our workplace communities are being transformed by historic, demographic and psychological influences. We are entering a new Age of Meaning where people are increasingly driven by meaning and purpose in their work. Training and development professionals need to understand the impacts of these important influences, seizing upon the opportunity to be responsive and effective leaders in this new age.

Who Should Attend
Training and development professionals at all levels of experience will gain specific Return on Investment (ROI) information, knowledge and skills to take back to their organizations, ensuring their value and “seat at the table.”
