Inside Out Leadership
with Trever Cartwright

One of the greatest challenges organizations face is developing leaders at all levels. Once considered the position in the corner office, leadership is now seen as everyone’s responsibility regardless of the title on his or her business card. It is clear that strong, unified and visionary leadership is the common thread among all successful organizations, large and small. It is also clear that when leaders lead from a clear understanding of who they really are—as opposed to how they think others want them to be—their impact on others is that much greater and meaningful.

This lively and interactive session offers a unique perspective on how to develop leadership talent from the inside out. Rather than focusing on what great leaders do, the speaker will work with participants create their own personal leadership platform that emphasizes more of who they are.

In addition to experiencing activities and concepts that can be used in coaching, training and developing others, the goals for the session are for participants to:

  • Create a personal leadership “brand”
  • Understand the importance of personal presence and its link to leadership
  • Develop emotional intelligence to influence and inspire others
  • Identify the pillars of their “dramatic difference” as a leader
  • Understand why great leaders encourage “In-the-Box-Thinking”
