Developing Middle Management Capacity: A
Powerful New Paradigm of What It Means to be a Middle
Manager
with Lisa Haneberg
What do you think of when someone says, “middle manager?” Exciting? Valuable? Fun? The key to your
company’s success? If those terms do not come to mind and if you are looking for a way to work better with
middle managers, this program is for you.
During this 90 minute program, Lisa Haneberg will share her expertise by offering a new and more productive
model of middle management and share ways to improve middle management capacity and effectiveness.
Who will benefit from this program? Middle managers and those who train, coach, hire and work with middle
managers will gain value from the information Lisa will be sharing. The program will include examples, diagnostics,
and ideas to enable middle managers to make a significant contribution to
the business. The conversation will be open and lively and include small group activities.
The goals of this session are for participants to:
- Learn about a new approach to middle management
- Understand how to assess middle management capacity
- Discuss and learn ways to develop middle management excellence
- Leave the program motivated and enthused about middle management; whether they hold the
position or work with middle managers
