Training for the Generations
Lynne Lancaster
Overview
Just when you thought training couldn’t get any more complicated, suddenly the classroom is bulging with four very diverse generations of learners. Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, and now even the Millennials are showing up for training with conflicting experiences and expectations.
How can you juggle it all while still presenting meaningful training that sticks?
Generation expert Lynne Lancaster will join us for a fun, insightful and interactive workshop based on the findings from her national Generations survey and her work with organizations of all sizes. She will present practical answers to questions like…
- Who are the generations in today's workplace?
- How does each generation approach learning differently?
- What are the generational pitfalls every trainer should avoid?
- How can you bridge the gaps and create learning experiences that work for every generation?
