Coaching and Mentoring: Building Partnerships for Learning

Please join us for a highly practical presentation on Coaching & Mentoring presented by Dana Barz of danamics.

According to new research, 35% of employees who don’t receive regular mentoring say they plan to look for another job within twelve months. Join this session to discover how to coach the Shining Stars, Middle Stars and Falling Stars and learn practical tools on how to implement successful mentor programs at your organization.

Dana Barz is the founder and president of danamics and a native of Germany. She holds a German 5 year program master degree in adult education and organization development. Dana has worked in Training Management & Development for 15+ years, and has been working as an independent consultant implementing initiatives to foster organizational and operational effectiveness for 10+ years. When she worked as an “internal” she was recognized for her natural talent of building strong and dynamic teams and creating world class programs in a short period of time.

Dana brings a wealth of acquired knowledge to her projects and a genuine desire to assist others to see them grow and to fully tap into their potential. Dana has worked with numerous small organizations and large companies across the globe, and has made a positive impact on quality improvement.
