Drake, PhD
Catalyst Communications, Inc
David is active in the international coaching research community, writes and presents on coaching methodologies and outcomes, teaches coaching skills to managers and professionals, and is pioneering the field of narrative coaching. He helps organizations create coaching-based cultures, and coaches and trains individuals to achieve greater integrity, accountability, wellness, and results through new stories. David is the co-director of the InterCultural Coaching Institute, a board member of the Oregon Friends of Jung, and a past-president of the ASTD-Cascadia Chapter.
Ed Warnock

Ed works with private and public organizations on how to reach strategic goals. His focus is on using:
- Strategy maps to connect goals to operations
- Balanced scorecards to set and communicate metrics
- Project portfolio management to create strategic change
- Project management to plan and manage execution

- Strategic validation and verification methods to steer the organization to its target
He has a BS in Aerospace Engineering and a master’s degree in Whole-systems Design.
Ed’s interests and experience:
- COO of an oil field services company in Texas
- Board of directors of numerous organizations including an international development agency serving in over sixty
countries
- Thermodynamics research at the Michelson-Morely Laboratory at China Lake, California
- Director of an international development project in Sudan, Africa
- Russian linguist for the US Air Force
- Bush pilot in Africa and the Philippines
- Glider pilot
