Forget Wowing Your Customers...Let's Delight Them!
with Jennifer Webster, PhD

When serving customers, it is easy to get into a rut and loose a sense of enthusiasm for the customer. In this workshop, you will recharge your customer service skills and identify strategies to take customer service beyond your current level. The workshop will focus on call center, retail, and office customer service work environments. When you leave the workshop, you will have several new ideas and thoughts on how to better serve your internal and external customers.
