Employee Engagement and Retention
with Lisa Edwards

Learn how passion and personal purpose are linked to the bottom-line. Attend this preview of a newly developed program on employee engagement, presented by Lisa Edwards, VP of Events with the ASTD Cascadia Chapter. Participants will participate in a workshop that illustrates the connection of passion and personal purpose to employee engagement and organizational performance.

Participants will:

  • Identify their unique talents that tap into their personal passion;
  • Discover how engagement is directly tied to maximizing talents at work;
  • Learn how their personal mission is linked to their role in the organization;
  • Learn how learning and development professionals can help employees re-engage in their work;
  • Feel the positive spark when personal mission is aligned with their role; and,
  • Learn how our research has demonstrated the positive impact of engagement to employee retention, productivity, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Participants will do more than talk about engagement…they’ll experience it!
