PreRequisites
  • Must complete an online application
  • Minimum of 3 years in WLP field
  • Preferred 5 years in the WLP field

In order to sit for the exam:

  • 1 yr of demonstrated exempt-level HR experience w/a Master's Degree or Higher
  • 2 yrs HR experience w/a Bachelor's or 4 yrs Demonstrated HR experience w/less than a Bachelor's degree

In order to sit for the exam:

  • 4 yrs of demonstrated exempt-level HR experience with a Master's degree or higher
  • 5 yrs HR experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7 yrs of demonstrated exempt-level HR experience w/less than a Bachelor's degree

In order to sit for the exam:

  • 2 years of demonstrated global exempt-level HR experience w/a Master's degree or higher
  • 3 yrs HR experience (with 2 of the 3 being global HR experience) w/a Bachelor's degree or 4 yrs HR experience (with 2 of the 4 being global HR experience) with less than a Bachelor's degree
