The Chapter has developed affiliation agreements with a number of other professional membership organizations related to the training and development fields and of interest to our members.

One of the benefits of these affiliations is to allow ASTD members to attend programs sponsored by the following organizations at their member rates. Affiliated organizations also share information about each other's programs and events.

	APT (Portland Chapter, Association for Psychological Type) Local Contact:  Pam Rechel, pamrechel@msn.com Chapter is intended for anyone interested in learning more about psychological type for either professional or personal applications. Objectives include promoting the sharing, understanding, and responsible use of psychological type through research, meetings and education.
	ASQ (American Society of Quality - Portland Chapter) Local Contact:  John Rudnick, sweeetpea49@comcast.net ASQ has been the leading quality improvement organization in the United State for total quality management, failure analysis and zero defects. The mission of the Portland Section is to serve the quality needs of the Portland metro area.

NSA-Oregon members include experts in a variety of industries and disciplines who provide resources and education for a wide range of audiences.
