Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Organizational Learning, Education or a related field.
7+ years technical training experience or experience developing, delivering training and managing training programs, or MBA preferred with equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Supervisory experience required.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting needs assessment, curriculum development and adult learning in a technical environment.
Very strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
