Title Training Coordinator

Responsibilities This position will develop and maintain a centralized training program to coordinate and facilitate employee training activities. In addition, this position will deliver foundational training to new employees on broad topics.
Requirements

Our highly regulated industry requires that this Training Coordinator have the ability to maintain detail information and has the capacity of managing timelines for business practices. Training and facilitation experience with adult learners is preferred.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of administrative support and customer service, preferably in a regulated industry. In addition, they will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Salary Range Compensation is $45k- $50k DOE with a comprehensive benefit package.
