Title Training Coordinator

Responsibilities

The Workforce Education and Development department, within Providence Health and Services, is leading the state in a new concept by bringing together employed Physicians to better support our vision of personal, easy and excellent for our patients.

In this role the Training Coordinator not only needs to be comfortable in the classroom but also in the customers environment.

The duties of this professional position will include developing and revising technical and soft skill training and documentation. This position will also facilitate and/or provide training resources for the resolution of issues that require skill building on an individual level or a group setting.

Requirements
  • Associates degree in Education, Business Administration or Communication.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant clinic experience.
  • Physician practice management and electronic medical record software experience.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in teaching adults of varying competency levels.
  • Must be able to design and implement instruction modules.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written skills, as well as ability to work independently on numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Education and/or adult learning certification strongly preferred.
