| Responsibilities |
As our e-Learning Developer, you’ll design & manage a global e-learning & communication strategy to support the learning initiatives of the Corporate Functions groups. You’ll build and manage e-learning and related content to support business initiatives and develop resources to empower teams to create and implement their own e-learning and knowledge management solutions. You’ll also develop courseware and other e-learning content, as well as, create the templates, graphics and multimedia files to support course objectives. You’ll implement a process of rapid development and assist other team members and customers to create their own solutions using corporately supported tools and technologies. You’ll manage the servers and related technologies, such as Web sites and SharePoint sites, to implement e-learning solutions. Furthermore, you’ll partner with the business to insure that training content is developed in accordance with established instructional design principles and practices and also create, implement, and evolve documentation standards and guidelines. You’ll act as the Project Manager for e-leaning projects and content development and ensure that project plans are created and managed to project milestones and budget. In addition, you’ll also assist with key communication and learning initiatives by providing content writing and editing support to subject matter experts and other supported functional groups. |
| Requirements |
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Technology, Instructional Design, Business
• 2 years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
• 2-4 years’ working in e-learning or communications field or related projects
• Experience using Web based authoring tools and with interface tools
• Experience developing e-learning content
• Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
• Proficient using SharePoint preferred
• Nike work experience a plus
• Training and / or facilitation experience preferred
• Proficient using distance learning technology
• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL preferred
• Strong vendor relationship / management experience is preferred
