Responsibilities

This position is responsible for developing and implementing an employee talent management program including an organizational needs analysis, training design and development of programs/tools to support job competency development, leadership development, talent identification and succession planning.

Requirements
  • Requires 7 years experience performing similar functions and experience using Learning Management Systems and/or other training methodologies.
  • BA in Training and Development, Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 years supervisory experience
