Responsibilities |
- Manage HR Business Partner group that provides day to day support in ER, HR programs, compliance,
- HR processes, HR policies,
compensation programs, OD, and training
- Consult, guide and advise managers and employees on HR issues
- Partner with the HR Design group to develop and deliver
programs
- Partner with Health & Safety Manager to develop and rollout
programs
- Manage group that coordinates all training activities for
training manufacturing employees
- Manage group that creates and maintains training records and metrics to measure training effectiveness. Regularly meet with
Operations Staff to report training status and improvement
activities.
- Planning, designing, facilitating, and delivering training classes for diverse populations as well as a broad range of
functional groups.
- Plan, source, and organize external training resources.
- Provide leadership for manufacturing Training Partners. Work closely with manufacturing managers to define expectations for and direct the activities of the Training Partners.
- Develop and implements training to improve leadership and
teamwork skills for managers.
- Responsible for New Employee Orientation training including training content, scheduling, and trainers.

Requirements |
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
- Demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills.
- Successful experience managing and leading teams and directing cross-functional projects is required.
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing organization is required.
- Demonstrated 3-5 years work experience consistent with a professional who is an expert in training and adult learning
methodology. Position requires previous teaching/instruction experience.
- 2+ years management experience required.
- Required computer competencies include the use of spreadsheets, word processors, databases, Power point, and e-mail.
- Familiarity with computer based training techniques a real plus.
- Bachelor degree is required or equivalent experience.
- Consulting and contracting skills
- Change management skills a plus
- Ability to work at all levels of thecompany and establish relationships with all levels of employees
- Coaching skills
- Data analysis skills
