Notes on Program Registration
Need your chapter member number? Click here and it will be emailed to you.
Registration is not complete until payment is received in the ASTD Office. Sending an email, fax or voice mail without payment does not constitute a complete registration.

Check Print this page and mail it, along with your check made payable to ASTD-Cascadia Chapter, to the ASTD Office.
 
Credit Card Enter your information in the form. Click the button at the bottom of this page. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Multiples If you have more than one person to register, email the names and credit card information to the ASTD Office. We will process the transaction for you.
   
Affiliates If you are a member of an affiliated organization, please email your registration information to the ASTD Office. We will process the transaction for you and give you the discounted rate.
   
Deadlines To receive the discounted rate, you must register and pay by the deadline date of the program for which you are registering. Registration is usually available at the door. Check with the ASTD Office to see if space is still available after the deadline date.
   
Refunds Refunds are not given after the deadline date.
   
By registering for a program, you agree to allow your photo to be taken for Chapter promotional purposes but you will not be identified.
 
If you do not want to use the online form, you can print your information out and mail/fax it to the ASTD office with credit card information. It must be received by the registration deadline date.
