| Deadlines |
To receive
the discounted rate, you must register and pay by the deadline
date of the program for which you are registering. |

registering for a program, you agree to allow your photo to be
taken for Chapter promotional purposes but you will not be
identified. |

| If
you do not want to use the online form, you can print your
information out and mail/fax it to the ASTD office with credit
card information. It must be received by the registration deadline
date. |
