Transitions SIG Intended Audience Overview of SIG Bring your business cards!!! Specific Program August 26, 2010: How to Work with Recruiters Learn about agency and corporate recruiters. How do you locate a recruiter? What should you look for in a recruiter? What should you expect? What are the benefits of working with a recruiter? We've rounded up a select group of recruiters to answer all of these questions and more. Merilee Schillinger draws from over 20 years experience in the high-tech industry. With her roots in human resources she steered her career focus to technical recruiting after discovering her passion for connecting high-tech professionals with great opportunities in an ever-evolving industry. In her 10+ years as a recruiter she has filled a diverse variety of high-tech industry positions. Merilee is a consummate networker and strongly advocates for the increasing use of social networking as a primary tool in both job seeking and career development.
