Overview
Lean, the philosophy and methods of eliminating non-valued activities and improving performance, is used extensively in manufacturing, software development and other applications with great success. Applying lean to training and knowledge transfer is just beginning and provides a powerful framework to reduce costs, select appropriate methods, and generate measurable results.
Attendees will learn how ‘lean’ principles apply to training and knowledge transfer, remove waste from their current training efforts and improve knowledge transfer, which results in lower costs and better performance.

Todd holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a BA in Chinese from Connecticut College.
