You, Inc: What's Your "Business" Plan?

Intended Audience
Anyone who wants to take a proactive approach to their career development. Whether currently employed, in transition, or looking for a significant change, this webinar can help participants form an actionable career plan.

Overview
This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to apply career development strategies to their own real-life situations. Whether their goals are to continue in their current organization, or move outside to something new, they will leave this session with a plan of action that they can begin applying immediately.

During this session participants will:

  • Assess their current value
  • Set a specific career goal
  • Develop a plan for achieving that goal
  • Develop a timeline for success
  • Learn how to establish a support network

This webinar will be available using VoIP or dial-in. Participants will need a computer and headset/phone. All costs for long distance phone calls are the responsibility of the participant. It is strongly encouraged that the participant test their system for VoIP capability beforehand as extensive technical support will be not available during the webinar.
