This year we are introducing a new feature in the exhibit area. In addition to the regular exhibit booths, we will have a special section just for independent consultants. Many small one-person companies have told us they’d like to be a part of the conference but not at exhibit prices. So, we are offering a reduced price for a simple table to those who qualify.

Exhibit Booths

Exhibit booths will be located in the lower Gallery and Lobby area of the Salem Conference Center. All breaks, coffee service, and snacks will take place in the exhibit area. A diagram will be available before the conference. There are no shared booths. Each booth includes:

• 10 x 10’ pipe and drape booth (8’ back, 3’ sides)
• One 6’ draped table
• Two chairs
• Minimum 72k wi-fi, maximum T-1
• Electricity and power strips
• Signage at booth
• Listing in conference program
• Listing on conference website
• 2 conference registrations (additional purchased at $249)
• Post-conference attendee list

NEW!!!   Consultants Expo

Consultants (defined as a 1 to 2 person organization offering business services) will be featured in a dedicated area (space limited). The consultant is responsible for all signage and table materials. They receive:

• One 6’ table (with linens)
• One chair
• One participant registration
