Sharon has over 18 years of international experience in business and industry. She has held staff and line positions in telecommunications, brewing, health care products, and professional services. This experience is built on an educational foundation of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management with a Psychology Minor, followed by an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior. Clients and colleagues have described Sharon as intuitive, enthusiastic, intelligent, aware, personable, creative, warm, fun, high-energy, compassionate and customer-focused. She is known as an excellent communicator, a talented facilitator, a good person and a hard-worker with great people-skills and solid business sense. Sharon is the past Chair of NAC and member of the ASTD National and St. Louis Chapter Board of Directors. |
