Creating the Best of teams in the Worst of Times

Achieving high performing teams has never been more difficult. Market upheaval and uncertainty, diminished resources, and revenue pressures can bring out the worst of teams at times when you need their best. Under pressure, teams often become paralyzed or over-reactive. They can make poor decisions, or make no decisions as they retreat into individual silos. Communications can break-down. Especially in challenging times, most teams are not talking about how well they are performing or working
together.

How can your teams transform these tough economic times into opportunities that deliver real business results?

This session will highlight…

  • Promoting shared responsibility and accountability for team development
  • Stimulate team member engagement and commitment
  • Enhancing the focus, alignment and commitment of teams to achieve optimal performance

In this program, we will share insights and best practices from working with teams in today’s complex business environment. You will get ideas to take back to the workplace to improve the teams you serve on or team you may influence.
