After the conference, we will publish any handouts authorized by any of the keynote or breakout presenters.

Summary of Speaker RFP Process

Proposals Due October 10, 2006
Acceptances to be Sent December 1, 2006

The keynote and breakout presenters are the heart of the conference. The selection process has been refined from past conferences and includes several documents. If you are interested in being a presenter at this conference, please review the following documents and submit a completed proposal no later than October 10, 2006.

The Speaker Selection Subcommittee of the Conference Committee will review all RFPs submitted by the deadline date and will make recommendations to the full Conference Committee. Final selections will be made by December 1, 2006. Selected speakers will be notified within two weeks of that final selection date.

Information from speakers who were not selected will be retained and forwarded to all board members who have programmatic responsibility in case they wish to utilize the topics and speakers for other events. Programmatic board members include the VP of Events, the VP of Professional Development and the VP of Interest Groups.
