See below for the various documentation needed to become an exhibitor. We suggest that you read the Overview document first. The rate sheets from the Oregon Convention Center and the Convention Service Company provide information on any additional items you may wish to have available (internet connectivity, special booth furnishings, power, etc.).

The Space Contract is a fillable Word document that you can complete and email to the ASTD office (contact information inside the document). Be sure to include your three top choices for booth location based on the floor plan document.

The floor plan is updated on a regular basis with the latest list of exhibitors and booth selections.
