For decades, learning professionals have lamented they don't have "a seat at the table," or
the ear of executive management. For the most part, it's because
learning professionals have rarely talked with confidence about what executives want to hear: increased revenue, tangible productivity, and improved business performance. Today, technology is a key component
in gaining this confidence, helping senior management to view learning more
strategically and allowing these organizations to focus on business results
with employees and customers.
Join Kevin as he overviews several leading organizations who are using learning to strategically improve their
organizations.

We live in a world made rich by cultural variations in values, beliefs, and behaviors. How do we maximize our capacity to see, welcome, and reach across these differences such that we engage them not as walls that separate but as bridges that connect? The opportunities for learning professionals dedicated to performance and engagement are enormously exciting, as each moment becomes a moment of choice.
Join Barbara as she shares her expertise on helping people cultivate intercultural capacity and competence to strengthen our “building blocks of community”.
