About Sponsor Opportunities
This conference is not possible without the generous support of sponsors
and vendors. This is the best chance all year to reach purchasing
decision-makers, internal trainers and developers, and external training and organizational consultants! The conference draws from big companies like Nike, Providence and Intel to startups and independent firms.
For maximum recognition throughout the conference, sponsorship is the way to go. Sponsors receive:
- Sponsor signs placed at the site of your supported event.
- Logos on conference web site linked to your home page.
- Logos on program acknowledging sponsorship, including 1/4 page ad.
- One free conference registration for each $1,000 contributed.
- 25% off an exhibit booth with $1,000 contribution.
- Free exhibit booth with a $2,500 contribution.
- One-page fliers or small brochures included in conference packets.
- Placement of other literature at conference publicity tables.

About Exhibitor Opportunities
Exhibiting at the regional conference ensures you will be in the middle of the action! Because lunch will be held in the exhibit hall, participants will have many opportunities to visit the vendor
showcase and see your products and services. Vendors will also be able to
receive a printed list of attendees after the program.
Exhibitors will get a basic listing (1-line mention) in the program guide. Fees are as
follows:

$700 includes: A 10' x 10' area
separated by pipe and drape, 1 8' table with tablecloth and skirting
and 2 chairs. |
| Power Fee |
$100 includes: One (1) 110 volt
outlet. Exhibitors are responsible for providing power strips and
extension cords. |
| Internet Fee |
$150 includes: One (1) 10-based-T
wired internet connection. Exhibitor is responsible for providing
adapters, hubs for extra connections, etc. |

Program Guide Advertisements
Finally, both exhibitors and sponsors have the opportunity to advertise in the conference's program guide. This guide features session and conference information -- participants will be referring to it all day. After the conference, attendees will continue using it as a reference.
Advertising is available throughout the book, including the inside front and back covers. Advertising is black-and-white/grayscale
only and the ad deadline will be mid-October. Artwork can be prepared in
TIFF, EPS, PSD or PDF formats.
