Title Training Coordinator
Company Klamath First Federal
Location Klamath Falls, OR
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, schedule, and set up training sessions and self study training requests.
  • Assist in assessing and evaluating training needs, plans, policies and programs.
  • Maintain training records.
  • Compile data and analyze past and current year training programs to prepare budgets, track expenditures.
  • Provide summary of training activity and results for management reporting.
  • Maintain training calendar and prepare reports on training activities throughout the year.
  • Facilitate meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in developing training material and manuals.
  • Prepare handouts and training material for training sessions.
  • Coordinate training materials with external resources/vendors such as Graphics Press, IBT, Cohen-Brown, etc.
  • Manage training library, training materials and other resources.
  • Research and evaluate training courses offered outside the training department.
  • Coach students, providing skill and knowledge development, problem solving assistance and act as a general information resource.
  • Support department and business priorities through training efforts.
  • Work in partnership with other departments/team members to achieve department/organization goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to branches and internal departments.
Requirements
  • Successfully handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit analytical thinking, planning, strategizing and evaluating skills.
  • Ability to implement and execute assigned tasks with little supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to lead meetings and give presentations.
  • Two years of college or work experience in training, education, or customer care environment.
  • Outstanding customer service attitude and skills.
  • Ability to periodically travel.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist, turn and drive.,
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to move tables, chairs and training related equipment.
  • Ability to use computer keyboard, typewriter, adding machine and/or calculator.
