Responsibilities |
- Design
and build multimedia course materials that support Global NSC (Nike
Supply Chain) Training e-learning strategies and training program
objectives.
- Manage
web-based training (WBT) project timelines by scheduling key dates for
each WBT development project.
- Partner
with business leaders, subject matter experts and NSC training leads
to assess and document critical business processes, systems and
integration flows.
- Design
effective WBT storyboards that are in line with audience skill level
and ability.
- Design,
test and implement WBT that supports NSC's global training mission.

| Requirements |
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional
Design
- At least 1 year of experience
- Extensive experience using WBT authoring
tools
- Proven track record with e-learning
instructional design and development.
- Ability to pull disparate groups of
people together toward one common goal, fish out relevant information,
make it relevant to end-user training needs, story board it with ADDIE
WBT Instructional design principles, and build the web-based learning
content is vital.
- Extensive knowledge of desktop tools,
including the entire suite of Microsoft tools (Windows, Outlook,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and MS Project) is essential.
- Must be able to work autonomously and
learn business concepts quickly in order to translate them into
learning objects.
