Responsibilities |
- Ensure initiation of appropriate
behavioral intervention programs to assist residents in successful
community living
- Responsible for staffing, assisting in
day-to-day needs at the home and participating as an active member of
the team.
- Assist residents in the development of appropriate
home/community behaviors by analyzing problematic behavior to
determine cause
- Developing positive programs to
reinforce appropriate behavior
- Train employees on appropriate implementation
of behavior plans
- Identify the need for psychological or
other consultants based on individual resident need

Requirements |
- Must possess valid driver's license and
acceptable driving record
- Must be flexible and able to prioritize
- Must be able to respond appropriately to
emergency situations
- Use protective equipment as needed
- Comply with dress codes
- Frequent daily lifting of individual or program
materials up to 75 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, twisting
