Responsibilities |
- Act as a consultant to field and division
management to assess the design, implementation and development of field
training programs that support Individual Insurance sales and service.
- Act as a primary training resource to field representatives and their
staff on product, contract, and systems training changes.
- Track results and provide ongoing feedback which will lead to
improvement in training programs and in meeting department goals.

Requirements |
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.
- Four years demonstrated experience in a business environment in the
development of training for adults.
- Demonstrated individual insurance knowledge and experience, or the
equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated skills: Adult learning theory; instructional design, needs
analysis and assessment; strong written and oral communication; project management;
on-line learning technology.
- Ability to work independently with limited
direction; organize workload to meet changing priorities, deadlines and
diverse needs of the organization; research, organize and present complex
and abstract concepts in clear, accurate, interesting and persuasive manner.
- Advanced knowledge of company operations, individual products and
markets; components of effective performance environments; advanced facilitation,
consulting and collaboration skills and individual field underwriting,
appointment and contract provisions.
