 A Message from Grant Axtell, President
Twenty-Five. 25. Two Tens and one Five.
That is the number of events that are currently on our calendar; no not, for the entire year, just in the next five months!
In talking with members, we heard loud and clear that you wanted more low cost, high value opportunities to develop, learn, and network. We have worked hard to put together events each month that meet those objectives.

That is over 10 hours of networking, learning, and developing in just the month of February alone!
On top of the 25 events scheduled through June, we already have an additional 15 events scheduled for the second half of the year (including the regional conference taking place October 25 in Portland!), with more events being added on a regular basis.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: We need you to volunteer for an event! We are looking for volunteers who would like to help with the planning and day of logistics for all of our events. If you are interested in providing a couple hours of your time, please contact Joel Sinclair, Volunteer Chair, volunteer@astdcascadia.org.
In addition, we are looking for a Director of Programs to specifically oversee the Learning Events. This position serves on the Board and requires a 10-12 hour monthly commitment through at least November.
We continue to listen and work to make your membership in ASTD-Cascadia valuable and worthwhile. Please continue to provide your thoughts and feedback to us.
