The VP of Programs provides leadership and guidance for events and programs throughout the service area (except for interest groups and professional development activities). This position sets the overall direction and ensures that events meet the needs of training and development professionals in our service area.

As with all board members, the VP of Programs is guided by the Policies and Procedures Manual as well as any other policy or procedure developed by the various functional areas.
