Diversity
As an underlying approach to the Chapter's values is diversity. Diversity is not jsut about ethnic diversity but all forms of diversity, including diversity of membership as it relates to the training field. The Diversity Subcommittee developed an environmental scan and guidelines for potential action.
The Chapter also has a list of religious holidays that various groups may observe. Board members are expected to review this list for any possible conflicts with scheduled events. You might also want to check another web site with additional information called Interfaith Calendar.
